Office Catch is an Australian owned business. Our warehouses are located in western Sydney.  

You will get factory direct prices on a massive selection of replacement batteries, chargers, accessories, laser toners and thousands of other items. 

Damaged / Dead on Arrival / Incorrect Items 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Change of Mind Returns  
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For change of mind returns, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused,  with tags, and in its original packaging.  

Warranty 
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

How to Return? 
To start a return, please contact us via email at support@officecatch.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
